1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Trade Feeld ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Investment Advice

Trade Feeld provides market data, news aggregation, screeners, SEC filings analysis and other informational tools. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase covering the lifetime of the product.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, scrape at scale, redistribute, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

5. Data Accuracy

While we work to keep data accurate and timely, we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Trading involves risk, including loss of principal.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
